New Home for Administrative
& Housing Services

new building
Artist’s rendering of renovated building

GCCC is pleased to announce that it has purchased a 6,100 sq. ft. facility at 35 Orchard St. in White Plains just off Route 287 W at the Exit 6 Ramp.  A total renovation of the building, formerly owned by the American Lung Association, is currently underway with completion scheduled for June.  The building will be the new home for our Administrative and Housing Services Offices.

This is an important and exciting step forward because, although GCCC’s history of providing services in White Plains dates back to 1979, this is our first property purchase.
